Credit Management Manager with German (m/k)

Tasks:
- Lead the transformation of business and operational models, focusing on digitalization of processes and methods, while developing and implementing comprehensive strategic approaches
- Design sustainable procedures aligned with the principles of sustainable finance
- Analyze, develop, and optimize organizational and process structures to enhance the resilience and profitability of credit operations within a holistic risk/return advisory framework
- Advise on the implementation of legal and regulatory requirements within existing business, organizational, and system structures
- Manage and lead interdisciplinary teams, taking ownership of large projects related to credit topics, and provide audit and support services as needed
Required skills and qualifications:
- Several years of professional experience in auditing firms, consulting agencies, or financial institutions, with a strong focus on credit business and risk management
- Proven project management experience and initial leadership skills
- Degree in economics or a comparable field
- Excellent analytical skills with a precise working style and a high affinity for IT, including experience with BI tools or programming knowledge
- Strong communication skills in German and English, with confident proficiency in MS Office applications
- Willingness to travel and a proactive, team-oriented attitude with a high sense of responsibility
