Our client is a new, rapidly growing manufacturing company located in the area of Krotoszyn.There is an opportunity to work from a financial centre located near Wroclaw, with the requirement of business travel to a factory near Krotoszyn twice a week.

• Analyse and monitor cost structures to ensure alignment with organisational goals.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and forecasts.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend actionable strategies.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure budget adherence.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual costs against budgets.
• Support financial audits by providing necessary documentation and insights.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Review and optimise inventory management processes to control costs.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in cost analysis and financial reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and business communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and tools.
• An analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Good command of English is expected, enabling daily communication with the UK
• Knowledge of the QAD system will be an additional advantage.
• The role also requires readiness for twice‑weekly business trips to the factory.
