Tasks

Your Mission

As a Digital Advertising Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue, expanding our client base, and positioning our solutions as leaders in the digital advertising ecosystem.

New Business Development
  • Identify and acquire new clients across various verticals, focusing on advertisers and agencies in the Polish market.
  • Leverage industry expertise, market research, and a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Develop and deliver impactful presentations, showcasing the value and capabilities of our digital advertising products.
Account Management and Client Success
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to drive retention and growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they fully leverage the potential of our advertising solutions to achieve their business goals.
  • Provide ongoing support and strategic guidance to ensure client satisfaction and optimize campaign performance.
Market Intelligence and Sales Strategy
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the digital advertising space to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing, to ensure offerings align with client needs and market demands.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance visibility and attract new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: A successful track record in digital advertising sales, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Industry Expertise: In-depth understanding of programmatic advertising, display, video, CTV, native, or social media advertising.

  • Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical skills with the ability to create data-driven sales strategies and campaign optimizations.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Polish advertising market and established relationships with advertisers and agencies is a plus.
