Treasury Team Leader

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily cash management activities, including monitoring cash positions, managing short-term liquidity needs, and ensuring accurate transaction postings.
- Supervise the preparation and maintenance of a 12-month daily cash flow forecast, working closely with finance and regional teams.
- Manage banking relationships by handling inquiries, maintaining mandates, and overseeing user access administration.
- Review, process, and approve manual payments and payment runs, while liaising with banks to confirm and track transactions.
- Lead and develop a team by supporting their growth, engagement, and day-to-day performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, external partners, and internal stakeholders; prepare regular and ad hoc reports.
- Drive continuous improvement within Treasury Operations by identifying and implementing process optimization opportunities.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and cross-team collaboration initiatives, supporting the broader organizational community.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 9 years of experience in Treasury Operations within a global organization.
- Proven experience in team leadership, including performance management and employee development.
- Strong expertise in Cash Management, Banking, and Treasury Operations.
- Proficiency in financial and analytical systems, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and continuous enhancements.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive and accountable mindset, with strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written); Polish language skills are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Finance or a related field.
