Business Development Representative – German Speaker | Krakow (Hybrid)
German-speaking sales professionals! Join a global tech client in cloud-based B2B solutions. Exciting hybrid role in Krakow with relocation support.
What You'll Do- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Manage your sales pipeline and drive revenue growth
- Work with SMBs, agencies, and C-Level decision-makers
- German (B2+/C1) & English (B2+)
- Minimum 1 year of sales / BDR / account management experience
- Solution-oriented, target-driven mindset
- Interest or experience in cloud / SaaS / tech sales
- EU citizenship or valid residence/work permit in Poland required
- Salary: 10,000 PLN gross/month + quarterly performance bonus (~2,350 EUR)
- Hybrid work model in Krakow, Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00
- Relocation package: 2,000 PLN net
- Private medical care (including dental & eye care)
