• enforcing Company Policies and Contracts,
• ensuring Compliance (Data Privacy, Trade Compliance, SDS, etc.),
• troubleshooting Order Management Issues,
• touchless Order Management Support and Setup,
• dispute Management.

• excellent written and verbal communication in English,
• excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch,
• analytical, process & project management skills,
• attention to detail,
• higher education in fields that are Administration, Finance or Business related
