(Senior) Accountant with German

For our Client, from the real estate sector, we are looking for candidates for the position of (Senior) Accountant with German, who will be responsible for accounting operations for the German market. This is a fully remote (100%) role.

2+ years of experience in accounting area,
knowledge of SAP or Yardi system will be a huge asset,
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting or certificate in finance such as SWKP,
knowledge of German GAAP will be huge asset,
high business culture and communication skills,
analytical attitude combined with an orientation to details,
willingness to take challenges and new solutions,
fluent in English (at least B2) and German (at least B2).
independent bookkeeping for property-owning companies in Germany (using SAP FI, Yardi, etc.),
preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual closings,
posting incoming invoices, accruals, and provisions,
handling outgoing payments,
classifying and posting incoming and outgoing payments,
preparing reports needed for German VAT declarations,
posting tenant receivables, accruals, and re-invoicing,
working with tax advisors, financial controllers, and client accounting teams.
