MTC Business Analyst - pricing and promotion

Your daily tasks may include:
- acting as a first point of contact and support for PDS regarding design or platform-related questions and issues
- supporting PDS in implementing the Global Solution(s) based on the HEINEKEN Enterprise Process Model (HEPM)
- assisting in successfully closing gaps between the “as is” and “to be” situation when expertise is needed
- leading new product developments (e.g. MD1, MD2)
- closely cooperating with the central D&T product team on translating business requirements into system solutions
- performing business testing during system upgrades and implementation of new functionalities
- providing expert knowledge of the subject area and the project methodology
- developing and coordinating communication materials related to New Ways of Working
- capturing lessons learned and best practices from each implementation and integrating them into future impact resolution/improvement roadmaps
- assisting in test automation (TOSCA).
You are a good match if you have:
- strong backgroud in rebate process - must
- 3–4 years in finance/accounting in SSC/BPO
- 2–3 years in process-specific finance functions (PtP, OtC, RtR, BPM)
- strong analytical and project management skills
- proven contribution to process improvements as a project member
- bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance or related field
- end-to-end understanding of finance processes
- ability to explain process strategy and tasks to stakeholders
- good analytical skills and strong stakeholder management
- expertise in transactional processes or finance tools
- experience with multiple tools and ERP systems (especially SAP)
- effective communication, presentation, and time management skills
- ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
You are a perfect match if you also have:
- heineken experience and understanding of finance processes
- opco experience and network
- shared services/GBS experience
- knowledge of project management methodologies (P3M, PMP, Prince, Agile)
- proven contribution to process improvement projects with examples
- experience in conducting trainings.
