Business Development Representative with German

For our Client, a global leader in the distribution of electronic and industrial components, we are currently seeking a Business Development Specialist with German to join their expanding team in Kraków. In this role, you will be fully dedicated to driving growth and increasing market presence for a key supplier across the DACH region and Eastern Europe.

You will work closely with internal sales teams and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and promote high-performance solutions.

If you have a background in technical sales, are fluent in German, and are eager to make a meaningful impact in the electronics sector, this could be the ideal next step in your career.
  • fluency in German and English,
  • previous experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in electronics or test and measurement equipment,
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels,
  • a proactive, self-driven attitude and the ability to work independently,
  • solid organizational and analytical skills to manage leads, pipelines, and reports,
  • a degree in electrical/electronic engineering or a related technical field is preferred,
  • readiness to occasionally travel for client or team meetings (hybrid role - based in Kraków).

  • identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation,
  • collaborate closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and ensure a consistent customer experience,
  • support and grow the unassigned customer base by increasing product penetration and revenue,
  • engage with customers through outbound calls, digital campaigns, and tailored communication to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions,
  • build strategic account plans (30/60/90 days) and deliver regular performance reports and market insights,
  • act as a subject-matter expert for the supplier’s portfolio, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of product innovations and industry trends,
  • participate in joint sales activities, training sessions, and collaborative initiatives with internal teams and supplier representatives.
