(Senior) RTR Accountant with English (m/f)

For our Client, leader of beauty market, we are looking for candidates for the position of (Senior) RTR Accountant with English, who join to RTR team and who have a real impact for process of improvements.

university degree or in the course of study with a major in Economics, Finance or Accounting,
3+ years of experience in GL or RTR area,
in-deep understanding of RTR processes,
high interpersonal and communication skills,
attention to detail and thoroughness,
very good command of English and knowledge of other languages will be an asset,
knowledge of SAP, Blackline, Compass, and Magnitude systems will be an advantage.
validate and post General Ledger entries in line with Group policies, including provisions for risks and charges as well as adjustment journals,
review and close balance sheets, sub-ledgers, and trial balances for assigned entities,
monitor and control payroll-related postings,
analyze and summarize movements in provisions,
perform account reconciliations and ensure compliance with Key Controls in accordance with Group standards,
prepare ad hoc financial analyses and reports as required,
deliver consolidation (CONSO) reporting for quarterly and hard close cycles,
conduct balance sheet reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness,
ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to General Ledger and reporting activities,
prepare audit documentation and act as a key contact for auditors, addressing queries and providing explanations,
participate in process improvement activities.
