Luxmed, MultiSport, equipment provided by the client

• Daily administration of the Blue Prism live environment (executing and monitoring processes, maintaining bot servers, etc.) and performing changes within span of control or in coordination with the IT system management
• Providing support for all processes running in the live environment incl. exception management
• Supporting the RPA Developers by reviewing developments and process flows for the later operation of the process
• Continuously monitor and optimize capacity of Robotics environment and raise requests, if new requirements lead to scale up in infrastructure
• Creation of regular customer or management reports on the process performance on request
• Management of audits (add findings, screenshot,…)
• Coordination with 3-4 developers
• Nice to have: Scrum master

• Platform Overview & Access: Platform Architecture Overview, RPA infrastructure, System Access & Credentials, Licensing Details and Overview on available Documentations
• Security & User Management: User Accounts Management, Roles and Permissions, Credentials Vault Usage, Control Room Monitoring
• Operations & Monitoring: Work Queue Management, Scheduler Management, Bots management, Contacts list & other tools & procedures, Incident Handling & Troubleshooting, Infra Troubleshooting Guide
• Maintenance & Support: Database Maintenance & Archiving, Backup & Recovery, System Upgrades & Patches, Infrastructure Maintenance, Vendor Support & Escalation, Performance & Capacity Management
• Compliance: Internal Controlling duties (ICS), Reconciliation, Audit, Risk review and Measures, IAM Compliance, Vulnerabilities, ticketing service (ITSM)
• Deployment & Change Management: Release Management Process, Environment Promotion Workflow, Version Control of Processes, Pending Updates/Projects,
• Outstanding & Next Steps: Known Issues & Risks, Future Improvements
