About the Role
Step into a pivotal position where you will drive the execution of advanced digital solutions for condition monitoring and analytics in marine electrical systems. As the technical lead, you will work closely with sales, project management, and end customers to define project scope and requirements, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to commissioning.
In this role, you will also take ownership of service contracts, applying domain-specific data analysis to convert raw data into actionable insights. Your expertise will empower customers to make informed decisions and optimize the performance of critical assets.

You will be mainly accountable for:
- Act as the technical interface with customers and sales representatives regarding CBM (Condition-Based Monitoring) scope and inquiries.
- Lead technical delivery projects, including hardware customization, purchasing requests, and CM (Condition Monitoring) solution configuration.
- Customize mechanical and electrical drawings in ePlan and prepare project-specific documentation.
- Provide remote and on-site support for commissioning activities and Internal Acceptance Tests (IAT) of condition monitoring systems.
- Be available to conduct laboratory integration and development tests
- Perform condition monitoring and diagnostics for rotating machinery using techniques such as vibration analysis, infrared thermography, and other predictive maintenance methods.
- Document findings and prepare reports for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous development of CBM products and solutions.
- Collaborate within an international team and communicate effectively in English.
- Be available for occasional international travel (up to four times per year).
Qualifications for the role :
- Master's degree in technical studies or equivalent.
- Experience producing technical documentation (ePlan mechanical drawings and electrical circuit diagrams, functional descriptions).
- Hands-on experience with condition monitoring techniques (vibration analysis, thermography).
- Knowledge of rotating equipment such as pumps, compressors, turbines, and motors.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills in English (oral and written).
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Asset: Familiarity with vibration analysis tools and software, understanding of FFT, modal analysis and basic Machine Learning techniques
- Asset: Be certified as ISO Vibration Analysis CAT I-III
