Senior AP Accountant

For our Client, an international company with its Shared Services Center located in Gdańsk, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior AP Accountant. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment, supporting core finance operations with a focus on day-to-day accounting tasks.

• a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,
• minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in Accounts Payable,
• good understanding of accounting principles and processes,
• strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines,
• good English skills (minimum B2 level),
• teamwork and communication skills,
• openness to process improvements and use of IT tools.
• ensure all accounting postings, reconciliations, and clearings are completed accurately and on time,
• review and analyze balance sheet accounts and financial data in line with internal guidelines,
• stay updated on changes in financial regulations and group policies,
• support the preparation and updating of internal process documentation,
• identify areas where manual work can be reduced through IT tools and automation,
• share suggestions for improving daily accounting routines and support implementation of new IT solutions.
