Finance Manager (m/f)

For our Client, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join a production-oriented organization. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role combining operational responsibility with strategic financial oversight, cost optimization, and close cooperation with executive management.

• university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field,
• several years of experience in a managerial finance role, preferably within a production environment,
• strong knowledge of accounting regulations and tax requirements,
• practical experience in production cost accounting,
• knowledge of transfer pricing and financial instruments,
• fluent English enabling professional meetings and presentations,
• advanced experience with ERP systems and analytical tools (Excel, Power BI),
• ability to present complex financial topics clearly and concisely,
• strong organizational skills and experience in change and transformation environments,
• valid driving license (category B).
• day-to-day support of the Finance Director in managing finance and accounting functions,
• coordination and leadership of finance and accounting teams, including support for functional leaders,
• oversight and development of management accounting processes,
• monitoring, controlling, and optimizing operational and production costs,
• cash flow management and supervision of financial liquidity,
• preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses supporting management decisions,
• cooperation with external auditors and regulatory institutions,
• preparation and presentation of financial reports and analyses (also in English),
• participation in management meetings and meetings with external stakeholders,
• supervision and structuring of financial documentation and internal processes.
