YOUR ROLE
As the Business Change Manager Lead on this programme, you will play a pivotal role in realising this transformation for CIS’ key strategic accounts. Your role will be to ensure that the outcomes of the PRiSM programme are effectively integrated into business operations and deliver the intended benefits.An important part of this role will also be to help bridge the gap between solution delivery teams and accounts.
YOUR TASKS- Benefit Realisation: Ensure that the programme’s outputs are translated into outcomes that deliver measurable benefits, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the bridge between (and within) the programme and accounts. Engage with stakeholders across impacted areas to build awareness, secure buy-in, and manage expectations.
- Change Readiness: Assess the organisation’s readiness for change. Identify gaps in capability, culture, or capacity and work with the programme team to address them.
- Change Planning & Execution: Develop and execute transformation journeys, change plans and communication in collaboration with the OCM team to embed new capabilities into business-as-usual operations.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify and manage risks and issues related to business change, particularly those that could impact adoption or benefit realisation.
- Collaboration with Programme Roles: Work closely with programme sponsors, PRiSM programme managers, and OCM to ensure that change activities are integrated into the overall programme plan.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Define and track adoption metrics, benefit delivery, and change impact.
- Sustainability of Change: Ensure that the change is sustained post-implementation through reinforcement mechanisms, continuous improvement, and knowledge transfer.
- Thought leadership: Provide thought leadership and challenge senior stakeholders constructively to ensure decisions are aligned with long-term transformation goals.
- Strong background in business change management within complex large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex transformation objectives into actionable account-level plans and targeted communications.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership and demonstrated ability to constructively influence and engage senior stakeholders, including the confidence to diplomatically challenge assumptions and advocate for alternative approaches.
- Ability to work with teams at all levels of an organisation.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team.
