• Delivering exceptional service and solutions across the SAP R2R (Tax, Accounting, Controlling)
• Incident, Change and Service Request stack management in line with agreed priorities and timelines
• Cooperation with other R2R stream members in order to achieve optimal stack management and backlog reduction
• Consistent communication with users, business analysts and IT teams
• Working with Business Process Owners and stakeholders in understanding their needs & requirements, identifying gaps, improving the effectiveness continuously, prioritizing requirements and issues within the SAP R2R processes, providing consultancy where needed
• Driving analysis of impact of requested changes
• Creation of quality solution documentation
• Detailing of the technical specifications required to deliver the functional requirements of the solution

• In-depth experience of R2R systems from both a technical and functional standpoint
• Expert in SAP S/4HANA R2R and integrated modules and Group Reporting
• Ability to develop new and troubleshoot existing reports in Group Reporting
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a challenging environment with changing priorities
• Understanding of Level 2 and 3 support requirements
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
