Your tasks
master data processing- perform all master data creation, modification, and deletion tasks (VMD,CMD,
submitted by various business units; - execute periodic data cleansing activities to identify and correct obsolete, inaccurate, or redundant data, ensuring high data quality; - conduct proactive data quality checks, including identifying and resolving
duplicate records; - enforce data governance policies and procedures during all master dataprocessing activities.
operational support- serve as a point of contact for data-related queries from internal stakeholders,
investigating and providing timely resolutions; - collaborate with other functions, such as Finance and Procurement, to
perform root cause analysis for process challenges stemming from dataissues; - support continuous improvement initiatives for master data processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains; - participate in system upgrade cycles, new tool implementations, and user
acceptance testing (UAT); - prepare and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as data quality and request turnaround time.
guidance and training- provide guidance and training to business users on proper master data

What we expect- proven experience in a data-focused role within a shared services or similar
- hands-on experience with master data management;
- experience with SAP, Excel and procurement systems like Coupa, Ivalua, or Jaggaer would be a strong asset;
- English required (min.
considered an advantage; - bachelor degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Information Systems, or Computer Science; - attention to detail: strong focus on data accuracy and precision.
