Regional HR Business Partner / HR Generalist

For our Client, a fast-growing international company with a strong presence in global markets to support its continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Generalist / HR Business Partner.

We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on HR professional who brings energy, empathy, and expertise to support our global HR operations. Please apply only to candidates with quick availability. Working immediately.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Economics, or a related field,
  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR role, ideally in an international setting,
  • solid understanding of labor laws and HR best practices,
  • independent, self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving skills,
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
  • high attention to detail and strong organizational abilities,
  • fluent in English (C1 or higher),
  • proficiency in HR systems (especially ATS) and MS Office.
  • serve as a point of contact for all HR-related matters across business units,
  • drive day-to-day core HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, learning & development, and offboarding,
  • draft HR documentation, manage HR administration, and ensure accurate employee records,
  • coordinate with payroll providers across multiple countries and ensure timely, accurate payroll data,
  • maintain local wellness programs (incl. benefits management) and initiatives,
  • develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international labor laws and best practices,
  • contribute to strategic HR initiatives and lead key HR projects,
  • drive digitalization and process optimization within the HR function,
  • prepare and manage the HR budget,
  • organize employee engagement activities and support internal communication efforts,
  • train employees on HR policies, procedures, and systems,
  • analyze HR data and provide HR reporting and insights to the Management Board,
  • manage external HR vendors,
  • travel occasionally to local and international business units.
