Junior GBS Transition Consultant

Work available from offices in several major cities in Poland: Krakow, Warsaw, Wrocław, Katowice, Poznań, Opole, Lublin, and Gdańsk.

Tasks:

• Supporting Global Clients throughout the end-to-end business transformation and transition journey
• Focus on the execution of transition projects while providing strategic advisory in transition areas
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery from a transition perspective
• Work closely with Change Managers to facilitate the adoption of new processes and ways of working
• Develop and implement transition strategies and roadmaps tailored to project requirements

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience in project management with a proven track record of delivering transition management projects - minimum 3 years
• Strong understanding of project management principles; certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2)
• Deep insight into the GBS/SSC/BPO market, including best practices and industry standards
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholder groups effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to develop compelling presentations
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French or German is advantageous
