Position Summary:
To strengthen our ambitious marketing team we are looking for a Marketing Intern (f/m/d) for Distributor Markets region and a Marketing Intern (f/m/d) for Polish market:
Marketing Intern

Responsibilities:
As an intern in the marketing department at Energizer, you will be actively involved in day-to-day business and support the local team in exciting marketing and sales projects. We offer you the opportunity to get to know the full range of our marketing activities in the area of Brand & Consumer Marketing as well as to actively participate in projects allowing you to combine your theoretical knowledge with the practice and gain valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.You report directly to the Brand Activation Manager for International Distributor Markets region or to Senior Activation Manager for Poland.
Your key task is to:
- Support the Marketing department in Batteries, Lights and Autocare categories
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and promotion plans for the assigned market
- Create and adapt POS and trade marketing materials in collaboration with agencies and suppliers
- Support visibility & display process management including display forecast consolidation, supplier management, monthly reporting
- Collaborate with the local sales team
- Support the management and execution of thematic & key customer promotions
- Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns with a strong focus on social media and digital channels
- Conduct competition tracking through industry reports and collaboration with commercial teams, providing timely insights on competition activities
- Support product list management, including managing and updating the portfolio database
What we are looking for:
- Student or graduate of a business degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s), preferably with a focus on marketing
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Polish market Intern – native or full professional proficiency in Polish (mandatory)
- International Distributor Markets Intern – Polish language proficiency not required
- High level of MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Strong interest in marketing, any previous initial experience in marketing will be an advantage
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Team player with a structured and responsible approach to work
- Proactive mindset
