SAP PEO Consultant (Manufacturing & Production Focus)

Are you an experienced SAP PEO Consultant looking to make an impact in a dynamic manufacturing environment? We’re seeking a skilled professional with hands-on delivery experience and deep industry knowledge to join our growing team.

🔧 About the Role

As an SAP PEO (Production Engineering & Operations) Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, delivering, and supporting end-to-end PEO solutions within complex manufacturing and production settings. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive best practices, and help shape robust digital manufacturing processes.

• Lead or support SAP PEO implementations across the full project lifecycle, from blueprinting to go-live and post-go-live stabilization
• Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective SAP PEO solutions
• Configure, test, and optimize PEO functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and related modules (e.g., PP, QM, PM, MES)
• Work closely with manufacturing, production, and engineering stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency
• Provide expert guidance, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer
• Troubleshoot and resolve PEO-related issues, ensuring system reliability and performance

• 2–3 full lifecycle SAP PEO implementations (must-have)
• Strong background in manufacturing and production processes
• Deep understanding of SAP PEO core functionalities
• Experience integrating PEO with shop-floor systems/MES environments
• Solid grasp of manufacturing execution, work instructions, routings, engineering change management, and production workflows
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Knowledge of discrete or complex manufacturing industries
• SAP certifications in relevant modules
