• Coordinating documentation related to product introductions, in line with internal marketing processes.
• Enhancing brand visibility through the development of promotional materials (text and visuals), adhering to local legal and industry standards.
• Working with external vendors and creative partners to execute marketing initiatives.
• Assisting in the preparation and tracking of the marketing budget alongside the Marketing Manager, ensuring proper budget allocation and reporting.

• A strong educational background in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in the life science industry or similar sectors.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Fluency in English and Polish for effective communication
