German Business Development Representative

About the Role
We are looking for a German-speaking Business Development Representative to join an international team in Krakow. In this role, you will focus on building long-term customer relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting business growth within a technology-driven environment.
This position combines customer interaction, consultative selling, and account development in a fast-paced global setting.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct consultative conversations with business clients
- Handle objections and support the full sales cycle
- Work towards revenue and performance targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer needs
- Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline
- German (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level)
- 1+ year of sales experience (B2B, outbound, or account development preferred)
- Experience in prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals
- Understanding of cloud-based or technology solutions is an advantage
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to relocate to Krakow
