Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Polish Speaking Customer Support representative in our Automotive Insurance & Claims Department. If you are fluent in Polish and have a passion for helping customers navigate the complexities of insurance and claims, this role is perfect for you!
In this important position, you will assist Polish-speaking clients with inquiries related to automotive insurance, guiding them through the claims process and ensuring they receive the support they need. Be a part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional service while deepening your knowledge in the insurance industry.
Your Responsibilities- Provide reliable customer support to Polish-speaking clients regarding automotive insurance and claims.
- Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring a smooth and efficient claims process.
- Accurately document customer interactions and claims details in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and professional development to stay updated on insurance regulations and best practices.
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Please be sure to clearly state your nationality and native language in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or the insurance industry is a plus but not mandatory.
