• Lead logistics digital systems within the Logistics Operations Hub, ensuring effective use and continuous improvement of SAP, TMS, WMS, and visibility tools.
• Own digital processes related to warehousing, transportation, customs, and packaging across the global distribution network.
• Oversee logistics operations for various product types including finished goods, drug substance, raw materials, clinical supplies, and samples.
• Drive data integration initiatives that enhance end-to-end supply chain visibility and control.
• Develop and deploy logistics KPI dashboards and reporting tools to support performance tracking and proactive decision-making.
• Coordinate UAT (user acceptance testing), training sessions, and change management activities for digital tool enhancements.
• Act as a digital integration liaison with third-party logistics providers, optimizing workflows and system alignment.
• Ensure logistics systems compliance with GDP/GMP standards; manage documentation in Moderna’s Quality Systems Record Management.
• Create and update SOPs and Work Instructions reflecting digital best practices.

• MS/BA Degree in Supply Chain/Operations/Logistics or Business Management plus 4+ years of experience
• Strong preference towards Pharmaceutical and Biotech experience. Experience working in a cGMP and cGDP environment good understanding of the Pharma industry & Supply Chain
• Strong understanding and knowledge of warehouse and transportation operations as well as customs handling for import / export.
• Proven expertise in SAP (especially modules relevant to logistics such as SD, MM, TM, EWM).
• Experience of logistics software (transport management system, warehouse management system, visibility tools)
• Demonstrate a strong and independent work ethic.
• Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
• You drive for results and demonstrate the ability to develop solutions.
