Material Call-off Planner

Your responsibilities would include:
- issuing PO Material Call-offs to suppliers based on production schedules, material plans and inventory requirements
- resolving any discrepancies or issues related to material deliveries by following escalation flows
- monitoring supplier performance to ensure timely delivery of materials
- cooperating with OpCo stakeholders, Central Planning stakeholders and Procurement
- tracking brewery material availability and supplier OTIF
- contributing to S&OP and S&OE meetings in preparation of analytics, scenarios & risks / opportunities.
You are a good match if you have:
- 1-3 years of experience in Production Planning, Logistics, Supply Chain
- hands-on experience working with SAP or another MRP system
- solid understanding of production planning or supply planning processes
- demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle daily operational activities efficiently
- strong professional communication and interpersonal skills
- fluent English (C1 level), both written and spoken
- university degree in Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
You are a perfect match if you also have:
- experience in transitions and/or transformation
- FMCG / Bev industry experience
- experience working in an OpCo supply chain environment.
Cases can be reported to global team or locally (in line with the local HGSS Whistleblowing procedure) by selecting proper option in this tool or by communicating it on hotline.
