Our Client is a company operating globally. They are famous for their sustainable approach to business and their high-quality products. Their SSC/GBS structure started forming around 3 years ago and is still growing in new functions and processes.

• Support the implementation of company's sustainability strategy.
• Assist in coordinating sustainability projects and initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to track progress and support timely execution.
• Steer sustainability metrics in collaboration with the different business functions, and prepare reports for internal and external audiences. In particular, support waste, water, and energy data management, GHG reporting, lifecycle assessments, and emissions reduction strategies.
• Lead customer engagements as needed.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices, integrating them into organizational strategies.

• 2-3 years of experience in corporate sustainability, experience with sustainable sourcing programs is a bonus.
• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a closely related field.
• Fluency in English
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills; proficiency in sustainability metrics and KPIs.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to support multiple projects and tasks at once.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across different functions.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
