This position reports to
Maintenance Manager
Your role and responsibilities- Performing planned and ongoing repairs and maintenance of industrial machines and equipment
- Diagnosing and analyzing the causes of failures and machine downtimes
- Ensuring the uninterrupted and efficient operation of production lines and machines
- Obtaining offers for technical solutions and services
- Collaborating with subcontractors on service and repair work
- Working with suppliers of spare parts
- Developing, optimizing, and implementing new solutions in the area of maintenance
- Supervising the completeness of technical documentation after installation and modernization projects
- Conducting preventive actions
- Participating in machine acceptance tests
- Technical education in the field of mechanics, mechatronics, or automation
- SEP (Polish Electrical Power) certification in the E category up to 1 kV
- Ability to diagnose and repair machines in the areas of mechanics, electro-automation, and practical problem-solving
- Computer skills (MS Office, email)
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
- Accuracy and reliability in task execution
- Responsibility and motivation to work
