AP Accountant

For our Client, an international company with its Shared Services Center located in Gdańsk, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment, supporting core finance operations with a focus on day-to-day accounting tasks.

• educational background in finance, accounting or economics,
• good command of English - minimum B2,
• knowledge of Accounts Payable processes,
• accuracy, responsibility, and willingness to learn,
• good communication and organizational skills.
• support accurate and timely accounting operations in line with company procedures and local regulations,
• process and post transactions in the system (invoices, payments, reconciliations),
• assist in preparing balance sheets and financial statements,
• monitor account balances and perform regular clearing and follow-up,
• collaborate with internal teams and escalate issues that require further support or decisions,
• participate in both internal and external trainings.
