• Location: hybrid / Kraków (2-3 days per week in the office)
• Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)
• Rate: 130-170 PLN/h net on B2B
• Tech stack: React, TypeScript, JavaScript ES2020, HTML5, CSS3, API, Node.js, Redux, Redux-Saga, AG-Grid, LESS/SASS
• Project: Development of front-office applications on a high-end microservice platform hosting client-facing solutions for a global financial institution.

Responsibilities:

• Be part of a Scrum team delivering business value through software
• Implement and deliver high-quality software solutions
• Collaborate closely with trading desk and other teams
• Translate business requirements into code
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable code
• Build and maintain unit/integration/functional/non-functional testing frameworks
• Provide technical direction and system architecture

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in React, HTML, JavaScript, Typescript
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript ES2020, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with NodeJS, NPM, PNPM
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Very good command of spoken and written English (min. B2)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Redux, Redux-Saga, AG-Grid, LESS/SASS, Lodash
• Understanding of FP, OOP, REST APIs, real-time data streaming and messaging systems
• Knowledge of agile development processes and automation technologies for testing and CI
• Investment banking domain knowledge
