Profil kandydata
A successful Sales Director Poland should have:
- Minimum 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including senior-level responsibility for revenue targets
- Proven experience in sales leadership within the Retail, FMCG or B2B marketing industry
- Proven track record of selling marketing, loyalty or data-driven solutions to enterprise or retail clients
- A strong understanding of the Polish market and consumer behaviours
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and the capability to adapt to market changes
- Proficiency in analysing data to inform decisions and strategies
- Fluency in English and Polish
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
