Profil kandydata

A successful Sales Director Poland should have:

  • Minimum 10+ years of B2B sales experience, including senior-level responsibility for revenue targets
  • Proven experience in sales leadership within the Retail, FMCG or B2B marketing industry
  • Proven track record of selling marketing, loyalty or data-driven solutions to enterprise or retail clients
  • A strong understanding of the Polish market and consumer behaviours
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking and the capability to adapt to market changes
  • Proficiency in analysing data to inform decisions and strategies
  • Fluency in English and Polish
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
