The Sales Support Specialist for the DACH region will provide administrative support to the sales team, managing customer enquiries and orders, and maintaining strong relationships with members. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills in German and English.
French and/or Dutch would be an asset.
Tasks- Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via email, WhatsApp, and chat. Provide product information and support to customers and members in the DACH region.
- Sales Assistance: Assist the sales team in preparing presentations for members. Collaborating with the sales market lead to identify opportunities for training and development of the DACH members.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with members in the DACH region.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends in the DACH region. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to members on product knowledge, sales processes, and tools. Act as a resource for the sales team to ensure they have the necessary support to meet their targets.
- 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or related roles.
- Previous experience in the Direct Selling industry is a plus.
- Fluency in German and English (written and verbal), French and Dutch would be an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Outstanding networking and ability to liaise well with others (internally and especially externally); strong relationship builder.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Exigo) is a plus.
