• Ensure accurate entry of financial data and transactions into the accounting system
• Manage the end-to-end process of invoices, purchase orders, and employee expense reports
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly
• Process payments in accordance with internal controls and company policies
• Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and documentation
• Assist with internal and external audits and other financial reviews
• Maintain financial databases and organized digital filing systems
• Collaborate closely with external providers and internal stakeholders

• University degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance
• Solid understanding of general accounting principles and financial procedures
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
• Familiarity with Polish tax regulations is a plus
• Good Command of MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team
• Excellent communication skills in Polish and English
