OpCo S&R Reporting Implementation Manager

We are looking for an OpCo S&R Reporting Implementation Manager to drive the on-time and in-full (OTIF) deployment of the S&R Vital project within the OpCo, embed new ways of working, and support the culture change required to make sustainability reporting business-as-usual.
Your responsibilities would include:
- delivering the OpCo S&R Vital implementation roadmap in alignment with the central integrated roadmap
- leading the OpCo operating cadence (drumbeat), ensuring progress and risks are discussed in MT and business meetings
- identifying and resolving risks and issues, escalating when needed to MT/GM and Regional/Global functions
- supporting functional engagement and change management to embed new culture and capability requirements
- connecting with other OpCo and Regional S&R Reporting Implementation Managers to share, learn, and reapply best practices
- coordinating project management activities, including governance, resource planning, and roadmap tracking
- ensuring systems and data flows are aligned, and all changes are delivered OTIF
- coordinating cross-functional interdependencies and quality assurance activities related to S&R Vital
- tracking progress and reporting on the status of the OpCo S&R Vital deployment.
You are a good candidate if you:
- hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- bring 2–3 years of experience in project or change management, ideally in a large multinational (preferably FMCG) or consultancy environment
- have experience in Strategy, Project Management, or Finance, with a passion for sustainability
- are skilled in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and sustainability reporting
- have strong stakeholder management skills and can navigate conflicting interests across different layers of the organization
- are able to work in ambiguous situations, manage complexity and time pressure, and take personal ownership
- have project management skills, structured thinking, and experience delivering complex cross-functional change projects
- are results-focused, collaborative, and able to influence without direct control
- thrive in a startup-style environment, learning while rolling out new programs.
You’re a great candidate if you also:
- hold a project management certification (PMP, Prince2, etc.)
- have prior OpCo experience
This is a fixed-term contract until December 2026, offering a unique opportunity to lead a critical sustainability and reporting transformation within a dynamic environment.
