As IT Project Manager/Product Owner you will work closely with client and technical teams to deliver a customized product that meets customer/market requirements.

• Lead and manage multiple IT projects from scratch to completion while ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Act as a Product Owner, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure effective execution of project tasks and milestones.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and work proactively to mitigate them to ensure successful delivery.
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize product backlog items, ensuring that user stories meet the quality standards for implementation.
• Conduct regular project meetings, generating reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status and performance metrics.

• Proven experience as IT Project Manager or It Product Owner (at least 3 years), with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and product ownership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management tools and software, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
• Experience in the software development lifecycle and familiarity with software engineering practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and achievement.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Availability to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
