Your Mission
As an Operations Customer Expert, you will play a key role in re-engaging former customers and delivering outstanding service across multiple European markets.
You'll combine customer support + soft sales skills, helping customers rediscover the value of meal-kit solutions while ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.
What You'll Be Doing- Conduct outbound calls to former/inactive subscribers to understand their needs and encourage reactivation
- Support customers via email and chat, ensuring fast and high-quality responses
- Guide customers on:
- Subscription management & flexibility
- Delivery schedules
- Meal plans & recipe options
- Identify barriers to reactivation and offer tailored solutions
- Deliver a customer-first, empathetic experience across all interactions
- Contribute to team targets and overall operational success
- Strong communication skills (voice + written)
- Customer-oriented mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Comfortable with outbound calls and engaging conversations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
- Tech-savvy (experience with CRM tools like Genesys is a plus)
- Team player with a positive and proactive approach
- 40 hours/week
- Rotational shifts:
- Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 21:00
- Saturday: 09:00 – 15:00
- 8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch break
- 8 days (8 hours/day)
- Training allowance: €42.72/day (total €256.32)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Options:
- €1,459.32 gross/month (with accommodation for 14 months, living bills included)
- €1,784.82 gross/month (without accommodation)
Package Includes:
- Base salary + holiday & Christmas bonuses (14 salaries/year)
