We are seeking a proactive and data-driven IT Product Manager to lead our core business intelligence platform. In this role, you will have full ownership of the product roadmap, shaping a product that gathers and processes data from Novomatic's global markets and products.Your work will have a direct impact on our business by creating meaningful dashboards and reports that empower our teams to make informed, data-driven decisions.
This is a hands-on role that goes beyond simple backlog management. You will be the product leader for your area, responsible for defining requirements and ensuring the delivery of a comprehensive data processing and data visualisation product.A significantl part of your role will be engaging directly with a diverse range of stakeholders, including the customers, to understand their needs and translate them into a clear product vision.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Define product vision and strategy: analyse the market, competition and user needs to set long-term goals aligned with the company’s vision.
- Manage the product lifecycle: oversee the product from concept through development, launch and continuous optimisation.
- Prioritise and manage the backlog: create and prioritise tasks based on business value, market data and user feedback, while also addressing technical aspects such as reducing technical debt.
- Collaborate across teams: work closely with developers, data analysts, market operators and senior management to ensure cohesive execution of the product vision.
- Communicate and manage stakeholders: keep stakeholders informed, manage expectations and clearly present the product and its value.
Your skills and experience:
- At least 3 years of experience as an IT Product Manager or Product Owner, with solid knowledge of Agile practices.
- Background in Business Intelligence products, ideally in finance, banking, stock market or e-commerce.
- Proficiency with project management tools and a strong record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and engineering practices.
- Confidence in working with data and understanding technical product aspects to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders, senior management and market operators.
- Ability to define a long-term product vision while adapting to market changes.
- A proactive mindset, turning problems into innovative product features.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and build a collaborative, achievement-driven culture.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
- Willingness to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
