This Position reports to:
CoE Team Lead
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Finance & Controlling Team by contributing to financial planning, analysis, reporting, and controlling activities. Each day, you will work with financial data, support budgeting and forecasting processes, and help deliver accurate and timely financial insights.You will also showcase your analytical mindset by identifying improvement opportunities, supporting process optimization initiatives, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and financial guidelines.
About the Internship:
- Start date: 13th July 2026
- Work in a modern office in Kraków
- Hybrid work model (2 days in the office, 3 days working from home)
- We expect availability of at least 30 hours per week
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting CSE Countries (Central & Southern Europe), depending on current team needs
- Assisting with month-start and month-end financial activities
- Performing financial and cost analysis
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Preparing financial reports and business-related analyses
- Working with technical tools, especially existing Excel macros
- Supporting process optimization and finance automation initiatives
- Creating and handling requests related to financial processes
Requirements:
- 2nd- or 3rd-year student in Finance, Accounting, Controlling or a related field
- Good Excel skills and willingness to work with macros
- Fluent English (B2/C1)
- Strong analytical skills
- Interest in financial analysis and working with data
