Opis stanowiska- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and corporate standards
- Oversee and continuously improve core HR processes, including:
talent development and training,
performance management,
employee engagement initiatives,
compensation & benefits,
internal communication and employer branding
- Partner with business leaders to support organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives
- Build strong employee relations and coordinate communication with employee representatives/unions where applicable
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization and promote employee engagement at all levels
- Ensure compliance with local labor law, internal policies, and health & safety regulations
- Represent the organization during external audits and inspections conducted by governmental authorities
- Lead or support internal investigations in line with company policies and legal requirements
- Manage and develop the local HR team
- Participate in cross-functional projects related to operational excellence and organizational development
- Promote an inclusive, ethical, and collaborative workplace culture
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including several years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment is highly preferred
- Fluent Polish and English language skills
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence, manage change, and build effective relationships across the organization
- Analytical mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
