Greenvolt Next Poland is seeking an Office Manager responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office and supporting multiple departments. This role oversees administrative processes, internal coordination, and office management, ensuring teams have the resources they need to perform effectively.

The Office Manager acts as a key point of contact, facilitating communication and supporting overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to various departments.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring a well-equipped and organized workspace.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
  • Maintain filing systems and databases, ensuring they are up to date.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
