• Act as the go-to person and central point of contact for our Warsaw office
• Welcome and support international colleagues and visitors, representing Karo with professionalism and warmth
• Take ownership of office coordination, facilities, and day-to-day operational matters
• Manage and support administrative processes, including fleet management and contract administration
• Coordinate with field sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders across the organization
• Support leadership with ad hoc tasks and ensure smooth execution of local activities
• Help build structures and processes in a growing, newly established office environment
• Proactively identify what needs to be done and take action – from hands-on practical tasks to organizational coordination

• Experience in an administrative, office management, team assistant, or similar hands-on role (FMCG, retail, consumer goods, healthcare or other fast-paced environments preferred)
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with stakeholders at all levels
• Highly organized, structured, and quick in handling administrative tasks
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a “get things done” attitude
• Comfortable working independently and being a standalone presence in a growing office
• Fluent in Polish and English; additional languages are a plus
• Resilient and calm under pressure, able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting
• Entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to build something new rather than step into a fully established corporate structure
