Tasks
  • Develop and implement regional financial strategy aligned with corporate goals.
  • Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for Europe & Americas.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, local tax laws, and regulatory requirements across multiple countries.
  • Perform financial analysis and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Monitor cash flow, treasury, and capital allocation to optimize financial performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a regional finance team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with HQ, country managers, and cross-functional teams on business planning, risk management, and process improvements.
  • Support audits, due diligence, and regulatory reporting across the region.
  • Lead and coordinate new company registrations in the region, ensuring legal and financial compliance.
  • Oversee RWA (Real-World Asset) license applications, registration, and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to digitalization initiatives and process optimization in finance operations.
  • Provide strategic advice on investments, mergers, acquisitions, and cost optimization initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 10+ years of senior financial management experience, preferably in multinational companies.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS, European and American accounting standards, and tax regulations.
  • Proven experience managing regional finance operations and leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience with new company registration, licensing, and regulatory compliance (RWA or similar) is highly desirable.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience in direct selling / MLM or FMCG industries is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional European language skills are advantageous.
