• Ensure accurate and timely completion of record-to-report processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with local and international standards.
• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate financial records and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide expertise in Greek accounting practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Assist in internal and external audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support their implementation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures across all financial processes.

• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in record-to-report processes within the accounting and finance industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
