What the day will look like
In this role, you will support finance teams globally, contributing to system improvements and delivering high-quality reporting and insights.- Provide technical support to global finance teams, proactively managing system issues
- Support design, build, testing, and deployment of finance systems
- Drive improvements in management information through system enhancements
- Deliver and develop monthly management reporting for global collaborators
- Provide technical training and support system adoption across countries
- Execute and document control testing processes
- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders and IT project teams
- Support development of reporting tools and finance system capabilities

Skills and experience that will lead to success- Experience in Financial SSC/BPO environment (approx. 2–3 years)
- Advanced Excel skills and strong command of MS Office tools
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts
- Proactive mindset with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
Nice to have:
- Experience in finance systems implementation or development
- Project management experience
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
