• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to co-develop effective solutions using both internal capabilities and third-party tools.
• Lead the development of platforms supporting product lifecycle management (PLM), item data, and catalog management.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, based on user feedback, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights.
• Create and test MVPs and prototypes to validate assumptions and guide product direction through experimentation.
• Work cross-functionally with other product managers and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies in PLM, digital product creation, and data management.
• Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

• 4–6 years of experience in product management for complex digital platforms.
• Strong analytical and data skills; able to turn insights into strategic actions.
• Proven success in product discovery and leading teams to achieve measurable goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams.
• Nice to have: experience in the apparel industry, go-to-market or supply chain processes, or product data ecosystems (PIM, MDM).

Preferred Tools & Technologies:

• Experience with platforms such as Salsify (PXM) and Informatica MDM.
• Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and optimization.
• Understanding of fashion data mapping and product data structuring.
• Knowledge of data governance and data management best practices.
