Your new company is an international organization developing backend systems supporting business operations, integrations and large‑scale data processing across multiple European countries. Your new role
As a Software Developer (Java) you will join one of the backend teams responsible for designing, developing and maintaining applications used across the organisation. Your daily work will include:
- Building and enhancing backend services in Java,
- Designing and implementing Restful APIs,
- Developing integrations with internal and external systems,
- Working on both new functionalities and improvements to existing enterprise solutions,
- Troubleshooting, debugging and performing root cause analysis,
- Participating in code reviews and contributing to development standards,
- Supporting CI/CD processes and deployment activities,
- Collaborating with international teams, including colleagues in Poland and Germany.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Java development,
- Experience in backend development and building REST APIs,
- Familiarity with Spring Boot or similar frameworks,
- Experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL or similar),
- Good knowledge of Git and Maven,
- Understanding of event‑driven communication and messaging systems (JMS, Kafka),
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams,
- Strong communication skills and openness to international collaboration,
- English at B2 level or higher.
Tech stack: Java, Spring Boot, REST, Maven, Git, Oracle/PostgreSQL, Java EE, JBoss/WildFly, Docker, CI/CD.
