Responsibilities:
We are seeking an intern currently pursuing studies in the IT field, with a foundational understanding of server-side development and a strong motivation to grow in this area. The ideal candidate is eager to gain hands-on experience, contribute to real-world projects, and potentially continue their journey with StoneX following a successful internship.
Responsibilities:
- Support the mobile development team by contributing to the creation and maintenance of microservices used by our mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with team members to design, implement, and test microservices, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical standards.
- Actively participate in team meetings, sharing ideas, asking questions, and learning from experienced professionals.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field.
- Understanding of server-side development concepts and technologies (e.g., REST APIs, databases, backend frameworks).
- Familiarity with Java, other programming languages such as a plus.
- Strong willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to real-world projects.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Interest in mobile application development and backend integration.
- Availability to work part-time during studies and openness to consider full-time employment after the internship.
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree from an accredited university in a relevant program and graduating between December 2026 and August 2027 (entering penultimate year of university)
- Available for a July 2026 start date for a 13-week program
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (preferably Excel)
- Must be authorized to work in Poland for any employer
Working environment
4 days in the office, 1 day at home.
