Senior Technical Project Manager. Data Engineering & Healthcare
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in data platform delivery, strong technical acumen in modern data stacks (Snowflake, Python, cloud platforms), and a working knowledge of healthcare data standards, including FHIR.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in technical project/delivery management roles, with at least 1 year managing Data Engineering or Analytics teams.
- Proven track record of delivering complex data platforms and pipelines using Snowflake, Databrics, AWS, Python, and SQL.
- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, data modeling, data lake/warehouse architecture, and cloud-based analytics stacks.
- Strong familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) and delivery tooling (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
- Exceptional stakeholder management, team leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication skills in English (minimum Upper-Intermediate level).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in the Healthcare industry, including working with clinical and claims data, and applying HIPAA/GDPR and PHI standards.
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, AWS Certified Data Analytics, or Snowflake SnowPro Core.
- Experience managing teams across time zones or geographies.
- Exposure to AI/ML solution delivery is a plus.

- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across technical and business teams.
- Resilient under pressure with excellent conflict resolution and prioritization skills.

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of data engineering initiatives across the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals, quality standards, and timelines.
- Promote Agile best practices, implement project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid), and drive continuous delivery.
- Manage, mentor, and coordinate a team of Data Engineers and technical contributors focused on cloud-based data platforms and healthcare analytics solutions.
- Own the planning, execution, and governance of projects involving Snowflake, Databrics, Python, FHIR, and related tools.
- Drive collaboration between stakeholders, including Product Managers, Engineering leadership, Healthcare SMEs, and DevOps/Infrastructure teams.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable data solutions, overseeing architecture decisions and implementation strategy.
- Proactively identify delivery risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies.
