For a well‑established organization with a strong market position, we are looking for an experienced professional to join as a Sourcing Project Manager, responsible for the strategic sourcing and development of suppliers, as well as leading sourcing projects at both local and international levels.

• Active sourcing, qualification, and development of suppliers (local and global).
• Development and implementation of sourcing strategies for selected purchasing categories.
• Monitoring market trends and identifying new sourcing opportunities and cost advantages.
• Market analysis, supplier benchmarking, and total cost of ownership (TCO) evaluation.
• Managing implementation projects for new suppliers and materials.
• Identifying and mitigating supply chain risks and initiating preventive actions.
• Cross‑functional collaboration with internal teams (including Quality, Production, and R&D) within sourcing projects.
• Participation in commercial negotiations covering pricing, delivery terms, and long‑term contracts.
• Participation in supplier audits and evaluation of production and quality capabilities.
• Representing the organization at industry trade fairs and external meetings.

• Proven experience in sourcing or strategic procurement.
• Practical knowledge of purchasing processes and sourcing strategy development.
• Experience in managing projects in a manufacturing or technical environment.
• Experience working with suppliers outside Europe.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work with technical documentation and drawings.
• Very good command of English (C1 level).
• Willingness to travel for business.
