We are currently looking for a Warehouse Coordinator, to support our Adamow Power Plant site execution team, for the Power Technologies department of the Thermal Power Plants & HVDC division of Metlen, based in Turek, Poland.
What your role will encompass:
Coordinate daytoday warehouse operations, including receipt, storage, handling, and issuance of materials and equipment
Ensure accurate recording of inbound and outbound materials in warehouse systems.
Maintain proper inventory control, stock levels, and material traceability
Perform regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records
Coordinate material deliveries and dispatches in line with project requirements and schedules
Ensure correct labeling, storage conditions, and segregation of materials
Liaise with Procurement and Site teams regarding material availability, shortages, and discrepancies
Ensure compliance with HSE rules, warehouse safety procedures, and company policies
Maintain orderly, clean, and safe warehouse areas at all times
Support audits, inspections, and reporting related to warehouse and inventory management
Prepare and submit warehouse reports as required by project management
What you bring to the role:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse coordination, logistics, or material control, preferably within construction, EPC, or industrial projects
Experience working in sitebased or project environments is strongly preferred
